Generally, the focus of Gatsby Support is helping to resolve issues in Gatsby Cloud and unblocking people by pointing them to resources we think will help. If your issue appears to be caused by Gatsby Cloud or you need help configuring your gatsby site for Gatsby Cloud, our support team is happy to help. However, if your issue is not related to Gatsby Cloud, here are some other support channels and resources that may be helpful to you.
Learning
The Gatsby tutorials are great for beginners. For more in-depth courses on Gatsby, there are several excellent paid options from the Gatsby community that you might be interested in:

Bugs
If you think you have found a bug in the Gatsby framework or an officially supported plugin, we recommend filing an issue in Github. Officially supported plugins are listed in the gatsby monorepo and have the official plugin badge on the listing in the plugin library.
If the issue is with a community plugin, we recommend reaching out to the maintainer directly or filing a GitHub issue on the plugin's repository.
Advice
If you are looking for personal support, Stack Overflow (gatsby tag) and the Gatsby Discord are better places to get help.
