Generating a Custom SSL Certificate with Greenlock Domains

1. Visit https://greenlock.domains and enter the domain you'd like to create a SSL certificate for.

   

2. After entering the domain and your email address, select the "DNS Record" tab and follow the instructions to add a TXT DNS record with your domain registrar.

   

3. After adding your DNS record and the suggested waiting period of 30 seconds, click Next to see your Private Key and Certificate.

4. Greenlock only generates two files, so you will need to split the contents of the second file (fullchain.pem) as it contains both your Certificate (the first long string) and Intermediate Certificate (the second long string) that you'll need for adding the certificate in Gatsby Hosting.
